Papa Johns Pizza - Roy

Sometimes when they are busy (like Friday nights) they tend to miss things like light on the sauce on your pizza. The great majority of time, but, they do an excellent work and are fast. Their delivery drivers are very friendly and efficient, and the people in the restaurant are very ready to nake changes (such as changing from delivery to execution, or gong light on the oil for garlic parmesian bread sticks). The app is also user-friendly. We are regular weekly guests! I would like to recommend if you read this, make an option in the app for the garlic Parmesian bread sticks (which are delicious) easy to be on the garlic sauce, it is often hard on the oily sauce.

The pizza was again amazing it is just a shame that I had to drive 25 minutes to get it because the site sent my order to the wrong f*cken store.

This place has been my family's pizza for two years every Friday. Tonight, New Year Eve they were super busy and worked extremely hard to fill the orders of holidays. They were very professional, especially in dealing with careless and unconsidered customers. I applauded all the workers in this store for their great ethics and hard work. Stop it! For customers you understand that you are not the only person (or party) that Papa John's service is. Check your setting when you deal with people who cook your dinner!

I placed an order went and picked it up and when i got home it was the wrong order ??????????? needless to say i was crushed i called them and they fixed my entire order and delivered it to me. That is exceptional customer service. So i thank them so muchfor taking care of me. The pizza was so hot good they have a lifetime customer now ???????????????????
