It might be helpful to note on Google or your website that some franchises, w... read more Is it becoming a common practice for Arby's locations to close 5-10 minutes early? It might be helpful to note on Google or your website that some franchises, whether privately or corporately owned, close slightly before the posted closing time so employees can leave promptly at closing hour. Even though employees are paid hourly, it seems their time at work is cut short. From my experience working at the Riverdale Arby's, their policy was to keep the store running during posted hours, including cleaning and restocking before and after public hours. Kendall Love, the franchise owner and excellent GM there, was instrumental in our store's success. Perhaps she, as a corporate trainer, could help improve training for other locations.
