While some dishes are still enjoyable, others miss the mark, particularly the meat, which is often dry and overcooked, as if it has been kept under a heat lamp for too long. The flavors can also be off. I've found tough, inedible parts in the burgers. I would actually prefer if they raised their prices and concentrated on crafting handmade burgers. I'm not sure if the problem stems from freezer burn or something else, but I believe that emphasizing high-quality food would keep customers returning. Personally, I'm willing to pay for the quality I desire in a meal. I genuinely hope they can improve, as they are truly kind and friendly, and I would love to see them thrive.
