This Dunkin' location is the worst I've ever been to. It was painfully slow - I waited 17 minutes for hash browns and everything bagel minis. The staff were clearly understaffed and the whole experience was a mess.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE IT IS A WAIST OF TIME... LEGIT I MOBILE ORDER 30 MINUTES ... AWFUL STORE...THE GIRLS WORKING THIS MORNING! AWFUL! SO SLOW TALKING HOW IS FOOD READY BUT WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR AN ICE TEA? PRIORITY ORDERS WORST DUNKIES I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO NEVER AGAIN ON A TUESDAY.. GET BETTER
I placed an online order at 6:25 and arrived at the restaurant before closing time. However, the staff on duty that lazy Friday evening refused to open the door to give me my food.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is the best I've visited in years. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service is quick. However, I must mention that the manager on duty on Saturday, the 22nd at around 9am could have been more pleasant to the new employees. The young man was clearly trying his best and it was inappropriate to embarrass him in front of customers. As a chef with 24 years of experience in food service, I know that being kind and supportive is the best way to train staff effectively.
