The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The person at the drive-thru seemed uninterested. I waited at the takeout window for 30 seconds, watching three staff members chat while ignoring me, so I decided to leave. I definitely won’t return to this location. However, I had a great experience on Saturday when the staff was fantastic and the place was full. View all feedback.

OK product. Price is excessive. Three bucks for a medium coffee? Cumbys is $1.29 for large. Little difference.
I absolutely love this place! Kid-Friendly: The staff is fantastic and they all put in a lot of effort.

This dunks is usually great and i commend them for that. However, recently I went and ordered an iced coffee; I was in the lobby so I saw them make it. The server took a cup of piping hot coffee out of the fridge and poured it over ice. (I’m not blaming him because he even questioned whether to do this and was then snapped at by a manager/shift leader to just get on with it). Obviously, when you pour hot liquid over ice, all the ice in the drink immediately melted. When I got the drink it was still warm and completely watered down to the point where it didn’t even taste like coffee. I stood there for a few moments about to ask for a refund, but they were so busy they didn’t even see me. I just walked out dumbfounded. Why would they not just tell me they have no more iced coffee? I would have ordered something else, simple as that. So yeah, it wasn’t the biggest sin a Dunkin has done to me but i was just so taken aback at the shortcuts being taken.
