Horrible it took 30 min. To get my food 2 people left the drive thru cause it took so long and then they said they only had one person working
If I could go negative stars on service I would. They can't tell time they cant read a ticket half the time the orders are wrong no matter what time you go. If you want to get good service and orders correct the extra deive down to dalrock and 66 is the best way to go stay away from this store after multiple orders wrong and rude employees that can't do anything right but mess around and not want to do their job. They don't deserve 15 an hour they deserve 6 an hour until they learn the value of doing their job correctly
Drive-thru employee was extremely unprofessional and rude. She seemed inconvenienced that she had to do her job when I placed my order. She was even more rude when I asked to scan my app for points, apparently the machine was not working. That 's fine, things break, but I asked how would I get my points and she said Is it REALLY that serious? . I called her out for being rude and left without paying or receiving my order. I called and spoke to the manager Natalie and she said she would be talking to the employee. I will not be going back to this location. I will be going to the one on Dalrock, a location I have never had a problem with.
Fries were not cooked very well, they were cold along with the rest of our food. The customer service was unfriendly.
The girl that’s she take the order doesn’t respect the people and she make wrong orders always. When I try to talk to her she make herself busy with phone and don’t talk to me. When I speak with her supervisor she don’t listen too . Bad location I don’t recommend to buy anything from them
