Jason's Deli - Rowlett

I bought 2 strawberry shortcakes and the strawberries had mold on them. I buy strawberry shortcakes all the time from the rowlett location and not sure why the strawberries always taste funny. Then i realized they don’t wash them. That’s why they have that weird taste of dirt.

The manager Adeline was the worst manager I’ve come across for a while. Her customer service is extremely lacking.. I paid for the manager’s special and she was questioning if I had purchased a salad. I had to show her my receipt and still she was very unprofessional.

This could be a great place if it wasn't for the inconsistent cooking of the sandwiches. Today my order wasn't even heated

Best grilled cheese sandwich I'd ever had! The first time I seen a Jason's Deli with a drive thru. The staff was really nice as well. It's an easy 5 STARS from me

When I arrived home, I opened the container with my potato and began to eat it. All was well until I discovered not one BUT TWO human hairs. It was baked INTO the potato leading me to believe the hair was in the potato before i began to eat. This hair was long, black, and curly. I’m a blonde with straight hair so i know it wasn’t mine. However, i came back to the store and they made it right by giving me another potato free of hair.
