Dunkin' - Rowlett

I absolutely love the signature Caramel Latte—it’s the best coffee I’ve found anywhere! The staff are consistently friendly and very helpful. One of the girls at the drive-thru even recommended the signature latte to us; she was really nice and informative.

The donuts are decent, and the coffee is outstanding. However, the real highlight is the staff; they’re the main reason we keep coming back. Pamela and Brandi are exceptionally sweet, along with the rest of the crew, but they stand out the most. The customer service here is fantastic!
