Solid boba place, hard to go wrong with boba places in this area. Though in that sense it also doesn't stand out above the rest, hence the 4 stars.I got the taro milk tea at half sugar and ofc it was still a sugar bomb. Nevertheless, it was tasty and filling. I wish they had substitute milk tho for the lactose intolerant.Vegetarian options: It's a boba place it's all vegetarian. View all feedback.
What Wei Chi Lee doesn't like about Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea:
Really wanted to give higher score for the Taiwanese originated tea shop. However many things have changed, the staffs (from my recent two visits) weren’t as approachable like ones I met before. And the boba in my Taro milk have become so tiny that the texture is unidentifiable, whereas YiFang’s boba was used to be a bomb of the drink, with the aroma of brown sugar in the store as they were making boba!! So until they make a little adjustment, at the same time I’ll just go somewhere.
I ordered a passion fruit green tea with light ice. It was basically the fruit made into a tea, very yummy.. I will come back

Yifang Tea House is a modest shop next in a busy plaza anchored supermarket. The teas are okay and priced around $6 per cup. The signature drinks are its fruit teas that contain freshly chopped fruit pieces in each cup. The tea is weak, or maybe I picked the wrong flavor, as it seems that they use artificial flavors to cover up lower quality tea. My family and I tried three different teas two with milk base and one straight tea with lychee bits. The black milk tea with mango pudding is good. However, the milk tea with mango sago was a bit disappointing (compared to other tea house's' version). I'm not sure if it's artificial flavored or mango purée used.
This has become one of my favorite tea places in so cal. I always love their fruit tea, I also tried their fruit tea with cane sugar juice and it's also great and refreshing. You can choose the ice level and sweetness, which is a great way to customize to your liking.
