TlDR: drinks good but prepare to wait at least half and hr.Drinks are good to be honest, but it always take 25 to 30 minutes to get just two drinks, regardless if the place is busy or not. Like tonight I came and it was not busy. There are like 4-5 people in the back, so it baffles me how slow they can be. Only one person seems semi hustled and the rest just go about their day. I guess good if you are a worker, just not so much for the customer. They also make ine of our drinks wrong, and yes, no hustling or rush to remake it . Since I do like their tea. I will come back again if I am in the area and feel like I have time in the day to waste.

We came here on a Saturday night. There were a few customers in the store. The decor looked cute so the drinks seemed promising. We ordered the strawberry croffle and chocolate milk tea with boba. We placed our order at 7:53pm per the sticker on our food. We saw multiple drinks made and the lady at the front bringing them out. She wasn't calling out any order numbers or names. We thought maybe they were to go orders. Another group behind us came and got all their drinks. The lady then stared at us and mumbled something. Our drink was sitting on the counter the entire time! Keep in mind, we have never been here so we didn't know what our drink was supposed to look like. Our croffle didn't come out until 8:20pm. It was burnt and hard covered with whipped cream and strawberries. Service was really disappointing.
