Ten Ren's Tea Time - Rowland Heights

This ten Ren location is really a good one. They have the usual selection of tea drinks and the like. You also have a rather extensive menu of snacks and dishes that we usually do not see at ten Ren locations. They even have some local dishes served only here at this point. The staff is very nice and helpful, my tea was too sweet, (as usual) and they were very happy to remake it and it was the second time around. Very good, we 'll definitely return, and highly recommend.

Basically having coupe cups of Tea at Tenren every single day, but today I?m not sure if is because of the new worker. I bought 2 cups( one honey lemon green and one love potion 6). They both didn?t taste right and color were off too.. kind of sad! Hope they can train the employees all the way before they start working..

I have the shrimp empura curry and pommes for my son. The tablet with reissalat and shrimp was good, but the curry was terrible as the frits. The curry was likely to mix immediately because the taste was only bland and let me hear burning and the potatoes were basically still raw. Then the fries seemed to have probably been sitting under a heating lamp for hours as they were stale and dry. No way back

The tea was not too sweet as I really like. The only problem was that there was no label on the cup, so I didn't know what drink was mine. Customer service was strange, but not too terrible. I'll try again.

This is a very regrettable situation of the chain. I don't know how or why the food and drinks all taste like copies of Ten Ren's stupid proof recipes, but this place manages to do this. Whether it's because of inadequacies or sketchy cost reduction measures, I don't know, but I would avoid it unless you're desperate and have a pretty strong stomach. The popcorn chicken is always darker than it should be, so it is either always overcooked and/or fried in very old oil and the pork sauce on the combo rice smells vage rancid.
