Very strict on 90 min rule. They will kick you out even though the restaurant was NOT full at all. Everything is self served which is fine, but when asked were spoons were located they told me to get it myself by the rice container. As I went to get the spoons all I saw was one spoon left in a VERY DIRTY container where all the spoons were supposed to be located. Employees were not friendly and there is an automatic gratuity of 18% tip which I don’t appreciate because I don’t think they deserved that and it should be up to the consumer how much we want to give. For the price per person, I expected better service and a sanitary self-serve area.

They add on an 18% gratuity already despite that, they provide great service. They are very friendly and I would be more than happy to match that 18% if they didn't already include it.

Walk-in reservation can be difficult to obtain on the same day, but I was able to book my seat very early in the week, just in anticipation of how busy it would get. The food selection is really good, and the quality of meats was excellent even with less choices for lunch. Our server was very nice and she neither over serviced us, or not enough. She gave us enough information and was very helpful in us getting started. Complimentary ice cream scoop at the very end. My bf and I will be coming back for sure!

The food was great. Lots of different options to go through and good quality. The service however was not up to par. We asked for silverware and our first round of meat. Those came quick but after that we hardly ever saw our server so we had to keep asking a different server for help. Both servers did not fulfill our request but they were quick to bring the check. We still waited after for the ice cream we were told they would be bringing out shortly. It never came so we left. I would recommend this place because it was clean and good food. Maybe they were just super busy but we were disappointed since we were celebrating the new year.
