Great disappointment the coastline: meat clearly badly cooked, probably put on a still cold plate that made it turn out almost boiled (I tend to specify that the quality of the meat felt to be as good as always, the problem was precisely in cooking). Despite the signalling and the advance of the dish, there has been no alternative, nor sincere apologies (they do not have the ability to complain) nor a discount on the total. It would take very little not to let us go away with the bitter in the mouth for this coast of delicious meat but ruined by cooking.
