I love their raw, I love egg with truffles and their lemon sorbet which is so good it makes my mouth water when I think about it. Not to mention the entrée of bread with cherry tomatoes and basil... all well-kept, all with personality, all gourmet. Bravo to the chef. I think his cuisine speaks of him....
