I am a regular customer of this place and to my surprise I ordered a sandwich and waited longer than normal, I asked for my payment to be refunded in full and the store manager refused to refund it! I think this is absurd, I felt disrespected and honestly I wouldn't want to go back to this place again! terrible! especially the behavior of managers! rude and dishonest with my simple and deserved request! Great location, had my order ready before the estimated time given by the app. Warm and cozy inside despite being 32 and windy outside.

Worst service ever never seen more slow people then here takes over 20 min to get a driving almost every day I come
