Really more of a diner than a restaurant. Empty, waited 35min for kids pizza 40 min for our meals 6/10 service and experience 8/10 food presentation was good 6/10 food quality and taste 7/10 value for money Overall a let down.. We all left disappointed

Well tonight we both ordered steaks, and they wer... read more I 'm often so disappointed when I order steak, it seems that it 's 'rarely ' done right (see what I did there? Well tonight we both ordered steaks, and they were cooked as per our requests (medium medium-rare . Griddle have a pretty decent selection of steak to choose from. She had the fillet and I had the 300gm wagyu rump. Mmmmm. These guys have really picked up their game from where they were a few years ago. They were pumping with activity tonight but the staff did such a wonderful job serving us and all around us. We didn 't have to wait for anything and the atmosphere was great. We topped the night off with a chocolate lava cake for her and an 'I 'll have what she 's having ' dessert. Both were fantastic.

Whilst people were lined up outside Coffee Club other similar chains I wandered up Main Street to explore a bit more. Just near the entrance to the cinemas this spot was like a beacon to the cold hungry! Checking in on Yelp I could see that other Yelpers had already blazed a trail here, we're happy to return. That's a good sign! I ordered the Spanish Omelette. It was huge. It was tasty. And I was seated directly under the outdoor heating, so cosy to boot! Staff were friendly and checked on me a couple of times. Will return to try something from the lunch menu next time I'm here.

I was so disappointed and it put me off my meal to see all that fat.
