However, for a “high-end” establ... read more On a positive note, they did not charge us for the pricey cocktails we had or for the cold meatballs, which was a nice gesture. However, for a “high-end” establishment, I expected food and service that justified the prices on their menu. Overall, it was overpriced and significantly overrated. I won’t be returning.

The waitress suggested... read more I visited this restaurant for my office's end-of-year party, and I was impressed with the spacious cellar, perfect for large gatherings. The waitress suggested the bolognese, and many of us ordered it—it was fantastic! The dish had a unique Texas twist with the meat, and I highly recommend it. The Sicilian Joe cocktail was also a highlight; it was sweeter than I anticipated, but I really enjoyed it! On the downside, I found the tiramisu a bit dry for my taste. We did have a little issue with sugar ants on our table, which was amusing. Overall, it's a solid choice in Round Top!

While visiting family in town, we decided to stop here for dinner. Although the restaurant was quite full, we were promptly seated and received excellent service. The manager made the rounds that night and, upon learning we were from out of town, graciously offered us complimentary dessert and took the time to chat with us about our visit and where we came from. The hospitality, food, and conversation were all top-notch!
