This was our first visit to this restaurant, and although it’s relatively new, we were very pleased with the excellent service and friendly server. Being 100% plant-based, I ordered an arepa without cheese but added black beans, and it was delicious—definitely satisfying! My husband tried one with shrimp and really enjoyed it; there were more shrimp than he anticipated. We will definitely be returning!

Wow! Start with the Tostones and request them to be vegan with black beans – they’re incredible! For the main course, you can choose either a bowl or an Arepa, both of which are delicious. Again, be sure to ask for them vegan with black beans. They also offer crispy Yuca as a side dish, served with a sauce. The Cachapas are vegan as well. A Cachapa is a traditional corn pancake that is typically served with cheese; however, they don’t have vegan cheese. When I ordered it vegan, they included sautéed vegetables inside, which I love, but I don’t think veggies belong in a Cachapa. The passion fruit juice (parchita) is fantastic, and I haven’t tried the sugar cane juice yet. They also offer vegan salads, but I haven’t sampled those either. You can also find Venezuelan Polar beer and rum. The atmosphere and service are wonderful. It’s so good that we’ve eaten here three times in two weeks and will definitely be back often!
