I came to wheel on purpose to buy me this kebap I was extremely disappointed the bread was too hard the bottom and the fries spit the meat not good, I called to such many times the lady for which me refute or refund a kebap, before it was too good it was beautiful mtn it is not top. I would not be able to share my happiness when I confirmed, after returning to Topkapi after two years away from Rouen, that the taste had not changed. Always a marvel, an institution. Get me back to Rouen to eat more often
