And j... read more How can you not have fish and chips at 1 PM if you opened one hour ago. We walked 30 minutes from the city center to get ThE bEsT FiSh AnD ChiPs iN RoUen. And joke's on us. No more fish and chips. Absolutely disappointed. Guess you should only come eat here if you feel very lucky that day, otherwise waste of time.
