Repas en couple. Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation. À première vue les portions semblent petites mais en fait tout est magnifiquement proportionné. Chacun des plats nous a fait sortir un "waouw" de a bouche. Ca ne nous était pas arrivé depuis quelques temps. Mentions spéciales pour les poissons et la tomate....Ce fut vraiment un réel plaisir de goûter chaque plat !Le service aurait pu être un poil plus convivial mais ce n'est qu'un détail. À essayer sans tarder sur Rouen car bien au dessus des autres étoilés !
