I come here very often, I am a loyal customer since the opening and I have never been disappointed with the dish. First of all, I would like to thank Team Gauthier V for his sense of welcome and friendliness to customers. In terms of service rendered in these nachos, I am not entirely satisfied by the service rendered by other teams. Indeed, having visited me twice during the Christmas holidays in these nachos, I had the same experience twice. When I came, I had to insist on several times strongly that I would be removed from the onion pieces that fell into the beans trays. I understand that this happens, but although we despise me because I ask to remove them from my faritas because I hate to dig into me unpleasant. That the teamman tells me "he dips with onions preparation" just there is absolutely no question because the beans are presented when they come out of the kitchen without onions. You make separate bins so that it is not normal that everything is mixed and that I must insist firmly that we remove what fell into the bins.
