Yes, yes, I know my play on words was excellent, as was the meal we had with my sisters several months ago. And in fact, it's been several months since we went there and I still think about it, that's saying something. I had a Braised Beef Lamian and my sister had one with free-range chicken. The beef broth was excellent, very fragrant and well seasoned, the chicken broth was a bit lighter in terms of flavor. For our little stomachs, the lamians were the perfect dose of pasta and just what we needed to have dessert afterwards. On the other hand, for big eaters, I advise you to take an extra starter if you want to have a full stomach. For dessert, we had a green tea cake and a mochi ball/moon cake). The green tea one was well balanced in taste and sugar: I didn't have the impression of chewing tea while eating the cake. For the mooncake, it is a traditional Chinese cake eaten during the moon festival in mid-autumn. In the version offered by the restaurant, we have a mochi texture with a taste which, in my opinion, will please Bretons: it clearly has the impression of biting into a Breton pancake dough, it's impressive, but therefore very rich. In summary: dishes rich in taste, but the lamians alone will be a bit tight to satisfy good eaters. In terms of atmosphere, you should know that it is a small restaurant (in any case, when we had eaten, we were placed on the terrace. I will come back to that.
