Fujiya Sushi République Rouen

We delivered this place after a long day of travel from Paris, and still a small jetlag from the trip from Australia a few days before. The shrimp sushi, beef and chickenyakitori, rice and gyoza really hit the point. Our only disappointment is that we have the day after, so were not able to pay the restaurant a visit to person! Look at this when you visit Rouen and Japanese.

Really good sushi. Spacious portions, fresh fish. We're definitely coming back.

The sushi was nice, especially the salmon sashimi. On the other hand I was really surprised how the staff wasn’t very friendly and nice.
