Seasonal products cooked with a lot of originality (candied panais, topinambours cream, Colonnata bacon, almost a calf with perfect cooking. What to say desserts, the sublime with the Moroccan crêpe, apple shades and the mellow chocolate revisited and its light mint cream. Very affordable wine map. A welcome and exemplary service. Bravo to the leader and his "team" for this rediscovery of some vegetables and the originality of their preparations. Dign of the greatest... And dishes of this quality at this very affordable price (flat entrance dessert wine included 30€, it is not everywhere. That happiness for taste buds... and eyes
