The terrace is sunny in the afternoon, which is a little negligible. One of my reference addresses for a drink with friends. If you're on Rouen, the place is worth a visit!

Now there are still a few things to improve! Service (a small smile for example), cleanliness of the toilet (soap for the hands is top) and the price of the happy bear that is limited to a range of beer only. I got... But I'll go back!
