I keep returning to this Dunkin’ because the service can be unpredictable. My order is quite simple, and I never go inside to complain when it's incorrect because I don’t want them to waste it. I usually order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a lightly toasted bagel. Unfortunately, every time I order, the bagel is burnt, and the cheese is cold. The older male cashier is often unfriendly, and I never find out my total until I reach the window. I'm just left feeling disappointed after each visit.
I really enjoy Dunkin, but unfortunately, my experience at this location hasn't been great. The older gentleman who works in the morning comes off as rude and offers very poor customer service; he's not helpful at all. Because of this, I try to avoid this location. It seems like they struggle to get things right and to treat customers well.
Parked my rig in the back parking area with the intent of having breakfast in the morning. The older man who woke me up told me I couldn't park there. I asked if they were open yet, he said we open at 4. It was 5. So on my way out of the empty parking lot I stopped at the drive-through window to ask directions to a Starbuck's. I don't think he understood the joke. I'll spend my money elsewhere.Parking: Not a lot of spaces. Bobtail truck can fit through the lot. Rear area was quiet, but expect to be kicked out once they open.
I did order kids food through mobile app and went to pick up the order they said “we are out of stock” my kids was asking can I get just donuts but they aren’t listed and saying everything out of stocks.. but my account had been changed and I reached out to them for 4 times which is way more times then what I spent for food. Still they are not able to refund my balance and solve this..Never ever go back here…
