Th... read more The bearded artist The menu is set and it consists of 4 dishes chosen by the chef. You can either choose a menu of fish and meat (yes, and) or a veggie menu. The kitchen is open and you can see the staff working on the incredible dishes. The flavors are perfectly combined and the technique used to cook the dishes is outstanding. The chef makes the best use of all the herbs and ingredients offered by the nature, such as flowers and different aromas. Just a heads up, the dinner takes about 2 hours so make sure you are not in a rush in order to fully appreciate the whole experience. Only one thing to note, the staff offers a different wine to accompany every dish. Although, sometimes the choice is a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, this little restaurant is a must-try if you come to the city of Rotterdam.

Have to say, it was really good, fresh and tasty with many vegetarian courses along with meat dishes. Also, they had a broad selection of natural wines, we tried out three different ones, all good. On top of that the staff, and not at least our main waiter, were totally nices and super skilled. All that played well along with the nice interior and casual atmosphere of the place. Perfect space for a night out with friends og colleges. Strongly recommend.

I still remember the taste of certain dishes until today. could not recommend very enough. one of my top 5 restaurants in the world.
