Contribute Feedback What Donna doesn't like about Moo Lab:
The portion size was generous, the food was tasty, and the delivery was timely. However, given the prices, I found that none of it was particularly exceptional in terms of quality, taste, or speed. I will be sticking to less expensive restaurants in the future. View all feedback.
First time ordering and not that impressed. Had the brownie and it wasn’t like a sticky brownie more like a cake. It looked good with lots of maltersers and chocolate drizzled all over but won’t order again.
What absolute disgusting service my son ordered a cookie doh at 9.22 and then he rang you at 10.28 asking where it is and you said you have one driver in and it won’t be ling!! it’s now 2 hours you are closed and still not got order ive even drive down to see if there was anyone there?!! no one had the decency to even ring him to say it’s not coming!! 2 hours he waited!! never even came such disgraceful service!!!! disgusting… not happy at all!!!!!
We ordered 3 milkshakes and one cookie dough at 8:15, they finally arrived at 9:30 baring in mind we live a 10 minute drive away and it’s a Monday evening. Do they trek to Peak District and milk the cows themselves for the milkshakes? So overpriced and slow delivery, wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
The waffle was a joke, for £5.80 I’d of expected more than a tiny Belgian waffle that I can get 3 for a £1 from the supermarket. We selected white chocolate on the waffle and pancake and both came with normal chocolate. Disappointed and wish we had just made them ourselves.
So there isn't a minimum order for this company when ordering online. I set to order a £6.70 milkshake and was expected to pay a further £4 delivery fee! Tried on their website and all was good, no delivery fee but after adding another item a delivery fee of £2 was then added. Never ordering from these money grabbers! Get your prices right!
