Charlies Pizza - Rotherham

Food was late. Driver dint know we're he was going even after he rang for directions and I ended up walking round flats to meet him. The polystyrene cartons were melted and the food cold so after waiting longer than there quoted I'm not happy at all to say the least

I never recived my order i rand them times at half i placed my order then rang them times after that then he was on his way for a hour turned up at me amd my son was starving im disgusted to then see he was on foot for some strange reson i will never order from here again!!!!!!!

We just placed an order and were overcharged. When we called to inform them, they increased the prices and started charging for delivery. They did not mention the price hike during the phone call, they just implemented it without warning. They mentioned that new menus will be distributed in the new year, but did not acknowledge the incorrect prices on the current menus.

The pizza was delicious and the fries and cheese were fantastic!

I never received my order despite calling multiple times. I placed my order, called again, and then waited for over an hour. When the delivery person finally arrived on foot, my son and I were starving. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
