Welcome to The Rye Bay Bar Grill, where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks in our large outside seating area or cozy indoor space. We are a fully licensed restaurant offering draught lager, real ale, premium spirits, and an extensive wine list, including Chapel Down wines from Small Hythe. We do not take lunchtime bookings during Peak Season to accommodate as many guests as possible and operate on a first come, first served basis. We recommend making reservations for the evening, but it is not essential. Gluten-free and vegan options are available, and well-behaved dogs are welcome during lunchtime and evenings at the manager's discretion.

What a find! Always look for the place the locals use when travelling and this is it. Welcoming relaxed atmosphere right off the sand and delicious home cooked food at decent prices. Can’t wait to go back, thank you!
Upon our arrival, we were presented with the new menu and the food was simply outstanding. The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
Nice menu, ordered 3 burgers and chips as takeaway, with 2 lagers while we waited, not cheap at £49 so we hoped they were worth it! Burgers were home made, fresh, fresh home made pickle, big chunky tomatoes and gourmet chips, def worth it as a treat lunch. Other food looked lovely with the fish chips very popular.
A little slow on service, but the poor girl was pretty much on her own. All super friendly though, and a nice place to eat. Limited menu, but great if you like burgers (which let's face it, we all do! . Highly recommend as food was really good. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
