The coffee was notably weak and watery, and it felt like the staff was overwhelmed, resulting in longer wait times—if you even get a chance for a refill. I tried the Cuban sandwich, which seemed to borrow some elements from a Reuben, but it was still quite tasty. The corned beef had a mildly sweet yet meaty flavor, complemented by sauerkraut, cheese, and an oddly mixed brioche bun, making it a satisfying choice despite leaving some diners feeling unsatisfied with their selections. On the other hand, the mushrooms and broad beans were disappointingly light on flavor, aside from the appeal of its presentation. The broad beans seemed undercooked, and the dish lacked substance except for the chunks of feta. Though Nanna Kerr’s has only been operating for just over a year across two locations, they still appear to be finding their footing. I've never encountered a café that offers both almond and rice milks but doesn't provide skim milk. This oversight seems strange, especially given how significant that demographic is in the market. While the venue itself is stunning and the staff exude a lovely positive energy, the overall execution feels somewhat outdated.
Charming staff, breathtaking views, and an outstanding menu—**** Mary is absolutely fantastic!
