The food here is great! I’m a huge fan of Asian food and Zen has exceeded my expectations. My family orders food from here at least once a month. Our favorite dishes are the spicy beef onions and the Green Curry Chicken (delicious! . My kids love the basic breaded chicken with egg fried rice.

Everything very well I always come to the same place and I never disappoint very well.

Zen is a restaurant that is very unassuming, being tucked a little bit away from the road. We lived nearby and only went after maybe 4 months of being there, despite having eaten out a lot by that point. We've never actually eaten inside as our kids tend to be in bed when we get food from there. Whenever we've ordered from there, there's never many people inside when one of us goes to pickup. The staff are super super nice though. My father-in-law picked up food one time and had a great conversation with the owner. Another time I went ordered, they brought me out a drink while I waited for the food to be made and the lady behind the bar and I talked for a bit. The food was good but not great. I think because there are only so many Asian restaurants in the area, it probably gets more traffic just based upon people wanting some variety in their menu. They have a lot of options, which in some ways is good but I wonder if they've over-extended themselves. They need to focus on a handful of dishes they really excel at. Really random, it seems like whenever we order something, it tends to have avocado and it's like they don't keep them in-house and then have to run out and get one quickly and it ends up not being ripe. I kinda associate that with the fact that they don't have enough business so avocados would go back to quickly to keep them in stock. Maybe I'm making a big assumption but it was what my mind went to several times after eating from there.
