Waffle House - Roswell

While recently in Georgia, I decided I had to try Waffle House. I’ve heard of them for years but don’t live close to one…so this was my chance. No joke it was everything I hoped it would be and more. The waffles were incredible…best I’ve ever had. Hashbrowns and eggs were solid and that sweet tea could not have been sweeter. The best part: the service. Joseph was incredible. Never met anyone so joyful and all he wanted was for us to have a great experience. He learned we were from out of town and took the time to teach us about grits and gave my kids a free sample. Joseph made our visit so great we came back for a late snack the next day and he remembered all of our names and that I loved that sweet tea….and, of course, I had to have a waffle. We need more Joesphs in this world…and a Waffle House in Chicago.

Edwin provided the most attentive and kind service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. I just have to give him a shoutout for how efficient he was with our orders! Would definitely recommend this location.

This location is close to my house and normally a good experience but tonight 6/9/24 at 1230am, it was awful! We came in and an older gentleman was yelling at patrons that were waiting for tables (only 4 plus the two of us). Several tables were empty but dirty. We waited for 20+ minutes and decided to go assist clearing a table and the same angry man said to stop and I needed to wait at least 20 minutes (after he sat a young couple and gave them free drinks). Refuse to go back!
