She inquired if we had dined there before, to which we responded that many of us had. When we asked for her name, she told us, “It’s Christy, C-h-r-i-s-t-y,” with an unfriendly attitude, and then walked away. Overall, it’s clear that Christy could benefit from some customer service training and better communication skills. Having worked in the food service industry as a server and manager for many years, I know this is not the appropriate way to treat customers or anyone, for that matter. On a positive note, Ethan was amazing. He consistently checked on us and was incredibly kind. Ethan, I’m sorry you had to deal with the situation with Christy. If you decide to visit this restaurant, be sure to ask for him!
