Subway - Roswell

I was here a few times, and I think it's not a bad place. Staff don't seem happy, but they're not rude. Eating is good and quick, business was clean every time I was here. Like a standard subway for me.

My daughter loves Subway. We got a gift card for Christmas, so I took it. The lady works (1 lady, sorry, didn't get her name. It wasn't crowded) was very free. She rushed us, but I think she had something personal to do. She wasn't rude like a robot... Otherwise good fresh flatbread sandwiches. I will return.

This location is a typical subway... or it seemed at my visit. I certainly have not sent the trapdoor to hell vibe, the Frissons of horror down the spine of the other reviewers. The store was clean, not busy, but not abandoned. My sammitch was built in record time and seemed perfectly edible. I would return the next time I'm on the market for a subway subway and in the area.

This is definitely under the average. First, the customer service needs STILL work. Very unfriendly and chic. The food was satisfactory, but the prices are approx. 30% higher than any other subway I've ever been inflated (the cheapest 6in is over $5). They never do any promotions in which the rest of the franchise participate. So at the price when you have the time, just go to their competitors next door: cheaper, better and locally.

I have only dealt with the owner and his wife every time I have gone in there. They are both extremely rude people. They do not make eye contact and are quick to say “what do you want” and “okay are you done”. I only get three things in my sandwich, and after the second thing, they will literally talk over you as your trying to tell them what you want and say “okay what else”. There have been several occasions where I have come and they aren’t open even though the door hours say they should have been open hours ago. I have had the tuna from them before and it was extremely dry and chalky. They do not have the same promos that other locations have. I just gave up on this location. You see for yourself in the reviews that the rude attitude and poor value is consistent for over a year with this location.
