Chicken Salad Chick - Roswell

The first time here today and it was absolutely delicious! the staff was super sweet and helpful. I wish it was closer to my house.

Location has gone downhill. Always very stingy on the chicken salad, and always have to order an extra side of fruit if we want it in the fancy nancy. Today however they had no fancy nancy ready at all. Left getting a refund and driving to East Cobb

I’m contacting because I would like to complain. On June 15th I ordered at 7:23 my order number was: Order 10575338469703681. I ordered cranberry kelli on a croissant and when I arrived I was told there wasn’t any croissants which was fine. So I just ordered a scoop. I also ordered chicken dumpling soup. I was told they don’t sell that at this particular location which is also fine. So I asked for loaded potato soup WITHOUT bacon. I received the food and the soup has bacon which I’m allergic too. Only found out because I had started to eat it and there wasn’t any crackers packed in my meal nor the little complimentary cookie I also asked for an Arnold Palmer with Minute Maid light and I saw the employee make my drink with regular Minute Maid. I didn’t say anything because at that point I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service/ tone of voice from the cashier when she kept responding to me.

This is a beautiful place where my wife and I go occasionally (and often she goes with work friends). they make good food and the people are nice! I understand that they are a chicken salad place, but one or two more options on what they already have, that is not chicken salad would be great. but this little complaining side by side, it's a great place!

Came to lunch and was incredibly impressed by the sorts of chicken salad and the taste as well. the lemon basil was simply subtle enough to not overdo the other components of the chicken salad and the sandwiches. my a qualm was the lack of luster service in register. it was my first time to a chicken salad chick and was uncertain how the creatures of pimiento would come, but all I got were empty stars. it turned out good, but it was repulsive.
