The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable and equipped with everything that makes the stay pleasant. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not so good. The hotel has a closed parking lot. The whole place radiates cleanliness. You can walk along the long beach areas, walk along the harbor or take a shopping trip and visit the many beautiful shops.

Rooms 13 we had and Mega View, ev... read more Super Super Super Super, it was very nice in September 2020 to use Hotel Neptun for 4 nights. Very intense... but recommended. Rooms 13 we had and Mega View, even from the shower through a Bullauge gives sea and beach views. With the food we were also very satisfied, whether buffet or card, we tried everything. Courtesy staff! Good parking fees for the guest could be included in the price of the accommodation. I would like to mention a positive sauna landscape. We like to come back. Thanks again.

From here you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and of course over Warnemünde the beach. The offer for the afternoon was good for the price/performance ratio. Despite that there is not so obviously a generally accessible restaurant at the top of the hotel, this is very well visited on weekends you probably don't get around a reservation.

Since everything was alread... read more I wanted to come to the Neptun for two days at the end of April/beginning of May for my 75th birthday. That had always been my wish. Since everything was already booked online, I called and was told that bookings are only possible for three days or more with half-board. Two-day stays aren't available; I'd have to go somewhere else. It's strange that there are different booking options online. In the end, I won't be coming for my birthday, but during Advent. I'm not happy that I received such poor advice during the booking process.
