No one at the waitstaff really understood what we wanted, and the food was just below average! All in all, the whole place doesn't fit the bill of a 5-star hotel! It's sad that it only works because of the water view. But when you consider the entire history of the complex, with the dubious subsidies right from the start of construction, nothing surprises you anymore
