I still know the restaurant as Salsarico. At his time, I was happy and often there. The current and new card is short, short and sufficient. The main issue is Burger. My wife had the Double Cheeseburger. I had the pulled pork takos. This was my first experience with pulled pork. It was a real palate and really well prepared. We have reserved for a group of 20 people. only when we arrived, the tables were compiled. the service was very uncoordinated when taking orders. in such a large restaurant we actually assumed that they were able to cope with an increased number of orders.After the rather complicated, but on the part of the menu so desired indication of the food desires it lasted 40 minutes until the first ones came to eat. the food itself tasted quite ok, but was very fat. Then we noticed that no EC card payment is possible. we have not even been told that their EC device is not functioning at the telephone reservation (for a large group!). on the way out to smoke, we only accidentally noticed the small sign at the entrance.In a tourist place like warnmünde, something is unthinkable, but obviously true. so parts of our group went away to get cash... all of this left the evening, which was supposed to be cozy, unfortunately, to become a disaster.
We are raw and wanted to test this vacancy after the cover of salsarico in burgerrico. with greys. we were greeted by a small cowsweet as a waitress. to our demand, whether we use the window table, which was signposted as reserved from 20 o'clock, since it was only 18:20 o'clock, we got a message with the foundation that we must wait for at least half an hour for the food. we took another table and we were made in rough ton clear that we should first choose the drinks, as the guests would need to eat for longer and longer. After about 10 minutes we gave up our drinks and food order. the waiting period was no 20 minutes and eating was acceptable apart from cold pommes. when we gave the waiter a hint at the clearing followed the crowning. O-Ton of the waitress: "I don't think it's great to have to represent this locally, and not even if the kitchen only works with the helpers." I'm rarely speechless, but I haven't experienced anything like that.
We know this place for many years.Fearly it was the salsarico.It took from year to year. my 16-year-old daughter persuaded me to go again.What should I say...Personal very loose and that I mean more negatiw, wee hot, appetizer came with the main dish and that was not even served as ordered.I still sit here head shake.A local with this location needs only a good concept and competent staff and a good orga.Everything not available...
The burgerico with its central position in warnemünde makes a very good impression on the outside. the device has been thematically very appealing and perfect on a lukewarm summer day. the ordered cocktails were also quite fast at the place, however neither specially decorated nor embossed by the taste. after we had given up our order (1 crispy chicken burger with pommes / 1 burrito), we had to wait for our food for an hour. the two only waiter seemed with the situation (1 chef had failed and therefore only 2 people in the kitchen) overwhelmed. but instead of reassuring the waiting guests or at least explaining the situation, they took on hard-working and served cocktails. when the food finally came, it was lukewarm and not justified for the price. pity :(also would have been a small occurrence of advantage, a dessert or a cocktail for free.On the same day could not be paid with card, which was only very small on a table inside the restaurant. a simple note of the personal, while taking up the order, would have been very easy.The business has potential, however, the management should change its tight personal policy immediately.
