The staff was overwhelmed, especially at peak times. We had to keep very clear of our attention. Later, when we ordered the bill, we had to wait a long time. Although many employees had nothing to do at that time. The furniture and also the equipment of the toilets leaves much to be desired: shaky benches, unworking sinks, water taps, all full splashes, no towels, no disinfectant. The food is fine, but I think it's too expensive. Especially at prices, guests can expect a perfect equipment. It's a pity because I had similar experiences in this ALEX a few years ago. So much has changed in the years. I know that for many points the staff can't do anything.

In the interior of th... read more We stayed on a short trip to Rostock and spend the weekend there. Today on Sunday morning at 12:00 we visited Alex for a breakfast brunch. In the interior of the locality, we did not get any space without reservation. We had to take our breakfast outside on the terrace, it was much better than in the restaurant, as the weather was good and also dry without rain. The service was quick and also very friendly. The food was standard as in any Alex, but it was already very selected. Probably this is normal because from 13:00 the brunch is then provided. Everything was delicious in itself. We are also fed up the food has tasted the environment is great we like to come back and can also make a recommendation.
