What User doesn't like about Food City:
This review is for a downtown Rossville store. The food at the deli was old and dry, and it made me and my family sick. The staff were nice, but we all got sick. I was able to get a refund, but I was sick for 4 days. I will not be going back again. As of 05/01/2022, no manager or supervisor has reached out or commented on the situation. View all feedback.
I just had to get a few things that were for sale. I picked up a pork in which I cooked when I came home. it was great. I didn't have to wait for a register, I used myself checkout. go back.
Bakery Bought my granddaughter a Chocolate B'day Cake with double buttercream icing. It was beautiful and delicious
I called and spoke to Shane Saturday the first, regarding fruit and vegetable trays. he put me on hold and my call kept getting picked up by other people. Ethan answered the phone and his help was great! I appreciate him so much because I was beginning to get frustrated and he was polite and made sure he quickly helped me and apologized for me having to continuously be put on hold.
This new building was orientated in the direction away from evening sun. That was an awful issue for the previous occupants. Food City has it going on. Super clean. Super efficient. Super friendly. We're glad to have them.
