Edro's - Rossville

The ribs here are incredibly tender and practically fall off the bone, and the banana pudding is the best I've ever tasted. While I enjoy Purple Daisy's as well, this place is my top choice—I recommend getting at least two servings! You can call in your order and use the drive-thru for pickup, or you can stop by, grab a menu, and order at the window. Both times I visited, my food was ready in no time. I prefer taking food home to eat, so this spot is ideal for me. I especially loved their Killer Potato—it's a loaded baked potato with pulled pork BBQ that could easily be a meal on its own. Their baked beans are also fantastic; they taste like something I could make at home, if only I could! Although it's a bit off the beaten path, it's absolutely worth the visit.

The staff here are really friendly, and the food is fantastic! My husband ordered the pulled pork plate and can't stop talking about how delicious it was. The sauce is outstanding. Please share the menu; we want to try everything!
