Today we visited this restaurant. Both my daughter and I have Coeliac disease, so we were concerned about cross contamination based on a comment we read on the app. We asked about the risk and the staff were very knowledgeable. The pizza bases are provided in a foil tray, which is kept on the pizza at all times to minimize issues with cooking and handling. They also have separate utensils for gluten-free items. The p... Pizza place located in the market area. We offer all our pizzas on gluten-free bases, as well as gluten-free Cannoli Sicilian and gluten-free Peroni beer.
