We didn't have a meal at this restaurant; we stopped by on a Wednesday night after food service had ended. The place was bustling with locals who were enjoying drinks and live music. It was a pleasant experience, as the locals were welcoming and made room for us. We had a great time with our drinks, and the highlight of the evening was definitely the live music. Magnificent experience. Please avoid. Owner was one of the most rude people we ever know. We came to a drink at 4:30. There was only one handful of people present, and he told my wife that he expected the pub to be full at 5:00 and refused to serve us. He basically told us to go somewhere else. Had a few very good social nights in the abbey . sean is a true gentleman and the eating is excellent in quality quantity and worth. guinness is pointed notch.
