Historical pizzeria of Rosolini, with a somewhat rustic style that could not please everyone but, as it turns out, the appearance deceives. As a child I went with my family and I celebrated many birthdays in summer inviting everyone for a tasty pizza; with those same friends I went with years ago I continue to attend the club. To the papyrus always faithful!! In all these years they have done nothing but improve, the pizza is great, the ingredients used as well, the courteous and friendly owners and for value quality price dare say that the Papiro has no competitors! Favorite pizza? Autumn flavors!!!! Try!

We stayed at this pizzeria in Rosolini on a Saturday night, excluding because the other locals were all overhanging. We saw from the outside that he still had some free table and despite the appearance we entered. A friend of ours from there told us that the pizzeria has existed for a lifetime and is one of the longest in Rosolini. The pizza I must say that all in all is good, there is wide choice and the service is very fast. Only sins the place that is a bit dated and old trattoria style and the waiter who served us. I say the waiter who served us because you can not make all the grass a bundle: you can not deliver the menus and stay there already ready with lock and pen in your hand (caspita give us the time to choose). In the soggetion to hurry to read the menu and choose, I take a pizza without sauce... I kindly ask to add it and arrives without sauce anyway. In the last case or the waiter did not mark the addition or the pizzaiolo did not read the command well.

Really great pizza and good quality ingredients. Very cozy and very friendly owner and helpful.
