Carek's Meat Market - ROSLYN

I absolutely love their beef and jalapeño beef sticks! They're perfectly spiced, with just the right amount of kick—not too much. The jerky is slightly drier, but it's incredibly delicious and flavorful. It's definitely worth a trip to Roslyn!

If you didn't try it and like meat, that's the place to meet. The best fresh cracks and meatsticks. Thanks for treating my stomach.

What a treat to visit family that is multigeneration in meat industry. And awesome speciality jerkys and other creations that dont use preservatives. This is the wholesome natural food your grandparents ate. Patron for life.

I've been coming here since around 1967! Back then, if you weren't on the good side of old man Carek, he wouldn't tell you when the Polish sausage came out of the smoker. Chances are, it would be gone by the time you found out. Thankfully, he was a fan of my grandfather! As an adult, I can't walk around Roslyn without stopping by this place. During my time in the army, I even brought entire convoys here on my way to Yakima. If you’re polite and ask nicely, the staff will likely let you grab a few! The paprika is AMAZING! Be sure to grab some 3-foot sticks of it! Every bite of Rarky is the best you will ever taste. And, of course, it's a sin not to order the bacon! But my favorite part of this place is the incredible aroma that greets you as soon as you walk in the door! OMG, it makes my inner meat lover rejoice! Here’s to many more years to come!

I visited Craeks after hearing so much about it, and I have to say, it lived up to my expectations. I fondly remember Mrs. Carek, who is known for her family recipes, especially her jerk chicken and pepperoni, along with other delicious offerings. The aroma from her 100-year-old smoker is unforgettable. My favorite dish is her honey garlic creation—I'm not sure what her secret is, but it's incredibly delicious. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend stopping by to meet these wonderful women and their fantastic staff. They offer truly amazing products that are one of a kind. I feel grateful to have this gem in my life!
