At least 4 other tables walked out while I was there from what I saw (could have been more). Made us wait 45 minutes even though we had a reservation. Waited at the bar and the hostess never even told us when our table was ready (I had to get her bc she was on her phone the whole time doing nothing). When seated we had to wait another 20 minutes to order. Another 30 minutes passed and we didn 't even receive our drinks yet. Multiple waiters kept coming up to us asking if we were being helped. I don 't work in the restaurant business but I 'm pretty sure waiters are supposed to have a section that is their 's to serve. Every waiter looked confused and seemed like they were running around like a chicken without a head. I finally stopped one of waiters or bus boys and asked what was going on. He basically said no one here knows what they are doing and are extremely inexperienced. I told him to find our waiter and cancel the food and he agreed and said he 's sorry we had to deal with this mess. We left and went across the street to the landmark diner bc now it was almost 11pm on valentine 's day. If you don 't believe me, read all the other reviews from valentine 's day. They will say the exact same thing or even more.

We asked the waiter and he said the kitchen couldn’t handle the volume. We then left and ate at the diner across the street. The diner was fantastic. Would recommend.

Although my valentine’s day diner was ruined and we did wait 2 hours for our food. I just felt like it was one of those nights where your crew is not in line with you. During that two hour period, our waiter did not even check on us not once! I had to get up and find the manager! After another waiter advised us to leave the place. Other than that; beautiful restaurant, calm setting, lovely place to take someone out on a date.

The ambiance, the cuisine, and the service were phenomenal. It was a fantastic meal and overall a great experience. We booked our reservation through open table. We even got a confirm text the day before to respond to to which we did and it was confirmed. We went there 5 mins... read more We booked our reservation through open table. We even got a confirm text the day before to respond to to which we did and it was confirmed. We went there 5 mins before the actual reservation and the restaurant was closed! No signs anywhere with information as to why, etc. Good luck for us now, after getting a babysitter to go out for dinner with my wife to find a decent time to grab dinner elsewhere on a Saturday night 8:30. Terrible communication between the restaurant and open table.
