This KFC location was one of the worst I’ve visited. We ordered a 12-piece family meal with original chicken but were told only half original and half crispy was available. After insisting on all original, they agreed. However, the chicken we received was very salty, greasy, tough, and burnt. It seemed like they had just refried the crispy chicken and served it as original. Ultimately, we had to throw the food away.
The food quality was disappointing; the chicken tenders were small and mostly breading. Also, when I asked for an extra side of mashed potatoes, all three of our meals came with mashed potatoes as sides.
They did an excellent job repairing my home. After a storm completely flooded our basement, the team from this company arrived and was ready to get to work right away. I would definitely recommend them.
The coating on the chicken pieces was excessively greasy and dripping with oil. The meat ended up being somewhat soggy from all the grease. The texture of the coating was strange, as if it had been deep-fried a second time, which contributed to its sogginess. I was staying at a nearby hotel and had never eaten at this location before. My local KFCs have never served chicken that was so oily! One thing I find disappointing about KFC in general is that they rarely offer "All Original" pieces.
I waited at the counter for five minutes while one employee flicked the lights above the kitchen and two others engaged in conversation, completely ignoring me. Eventually, I left without being served. Honestly, what can you expect from KFC? It was disappointing, just as I anticipated. Overall, it was not a good experience.
