Restaurant Related: It looks like a fantastic place to go from the road. But once you go in there staff seem disinterested unless you have a booking reservation. I felt like I was a complete inconvenience to their day by being there and the audacity to turn up without a booking reservation seem to irritate the staff! Last Saturday night we had a beautiful dinner in the hidden cellar and then stayed in a spa suite for the night. What a fantastic evening. Room was very comfortable and an enjoyable space to be in. Spa perfect! Cellar incredible and the food was lovely. Breakfast the following morning was divine, looking out over the glass like river. Highly recommend a stay and the private dining experience!!!
Wow the food here is amazing! And staff are very friendly and welcoming, supporting Tasmanian producers. A beautiful spot to dine, stay and relax. Thanks so much Andy and Ren for your wonderful hospitality
Had a lovely lunch there yesterday, the view of the river and the rain hitting the windows made a relaxing atmosphere. The room we stayed in was very nice, bed was comfortable and a very nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Thank you.
Yummy seafood pizza, icy cold beer, friendly and welcoming service with beautiful view over the Tamar.
